Fukushima

I get fairly upset & emotional when I read or see footage regarding the Fukushima disaster, I am not a religious person , far from it, but I think of the biblical line from Jesus on the cross,

 "Father forgive them they know not what they do" ( luke 23.34)

but, its not accurate, in this case because , those involved in the Fukushima disaster did know, they just didn't seem to care....

I, for years was like most people, fairly lacks as far as appreciating our beautiful , wonderful planet...
Sure I noticed its beauty , enjoyed the nice days, moaned about the once that didn't please me so much...
but then i began to appreciate them too...

I began to notice, think about how wonderful it really is,
I'd stop to watch a snail going his buisness his house on his back,, or bee collecting poplin...

I'd enjoy a walk in the rain & the smell of the atmosphere in town or country...
there is beauty & wonder to be found in all things..
even the sound of silence
 cos there is no real silence.

Fukushima is a humanitarian disaster that clearly reflects the negligence of both government & corporate industry in regard of mans inhumanity to man, and not just to man, but to the planet...

& this from people in power, generally with a tendency to claim  profound religious believe & respect of the "GOD  concept"

Men & woman who profess to believe in the Genesis story & creation,
 the garden of Eden, a representation of gods beautiful creation
 and all that it contains to sustain mankind, his creation, gifted to us to care for & enjoy...

Men & woman who attend church or the mosque or where ever they worship their god of all creation, & who break his most  holy law "thou shalt not kill..." (Exodus 20).

Men & woman who believe in the power & the glory as pertaining to the christian lords prayer.
Mathew chapter 6 verse 9-13.
  
our father who art in heaven, 
hallowed be thy name , thy kingdom come,
they will be done in earth as it is in heaven.
give us this day our daily bread ,
 and forgive us our debts 
as we forgive our debtors.
 lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil,
for thine is the kingdom the power & the glory ,
for ever & ever Amen.

For two long years since the 7th April 2011, over 740 days, those in  power from government & Tepco (Tokyo Electric Power Company) negligently , ignored the radiation leak into the pacific ocean & lied & covered up the facts of the risks , dangers & levels of contamination that was to , & will, affect the food chain & enviroment of the entire globe.

Frankly & not to put to fine a point on the facts , they have affected the death, the  murder, the possible destruction of the entire planet as we know it.

The have put beyond trillions of trillions of life forms , human, animal, vegetable mineral & orgasmic, at risk & in danger.

I don't doubt the earth, the planet will survive.,
Nor do I think we will all die real soon, some will, some wont,
 life will a least carry on as usual for most people...

 but life as we know just might not go the distance...

The have ignited the evolution of the world into a much more dangerous & toxic place & this will affect generations to come.

In time technology, science, medicine & even our own physical evolution may adapt to suit,
but before that many will have lived shorter life's,
 lives with pain & decease,
cancer...
& children with painful deformations will be born

This as a result of  HUMAN negligence & lies.
This as a result of HUMAN greed, & ambition.
This as a result of Human error.
This as a result of Mans callous neglect & inhumanity towards his fellow man.
This as a result of Mans lust for power & glory.

I don't know what the answers are to save the planet, but I believe we must try...

I don't know the answers to fixing Fukushima & doing all we can to limit future damage everywhere
but I believe it is something the global community must tackle together & must unit to tackle fast,
 in every way necessary...

We must reach out a hand in friendship to help those with intimidate needs, those already in immediate area, and those who may face dangers as a result of what could happen over the coming months as a result of weather and the ongoing dangers already happening in the damaged plant area or future dangers that may arise.

We must stop ignoring the problem and address it,
and we must consider the dangers that nuclear energy plants across the globe pose as a risk and danger to health & safety

& we must not only consider our options with realistic risk assessment, but we must act acordingly irrespective of financial cost, or possible hardship it might mean , we must adapt to that.

Perhaps, it is a time to consider that instead of wasting money in the killing fields of war,
 we use money to preserve life.. as opposed to killing it...

Perhaps the lesson we now learn is that to preserve live on earth ,
whoever, whatever or however it was created,
we must work together, ...
and there is a lot of work needs doing ,
 which will provide work...
 without war...

We must at least try to safe our beautiful planet with all its wonderful & beautiful species...
 including Homo-sapiens,
 if we could just learn to tolerate all our diversities, differences & individuality's
and just make the effort get alone together, without hate, war, & greed.
for the sake of mankind...
& mother earth.
