rememberance ...

It's about three years now since I made a conscious decision not to wear a poppy for remembrance, previous to that I wore one almost all year round attached to my hats, because , I don't just remember the war dead on a specific day, I remember them everyday.

I remember those who died in battles for a cause they were told was noble & necessary for the betterment of the world ...

I remember those who came to be the collateral damage of wars...
the innocent civilians who died in various ways... going about their daily life's,
working, feeding their families trying to  keep them safe from harm who were blown away by random bombs or explosions or attacks by those who adhere to the extreme ideologies of whatever religious or political doctorate they choose to fight for in wars against peace, against humanity...

For in any war it is humans, humanity that looses , there is no real victor, or victorious...
in war only profits for the profiteers who contrive the propaganda that fuels the war machine stand to gain anything.

Two years ago, when I decided to stop wearing a poppy for remembrance I made a conscious decision to wear a feather...

A strange choice some might think , as it was a feather that was used as a symbol of cowardice in past wars and given to those who were known a conscientious objector, those who refused to fight in the contrived wars of the hierarchy's for whatever reason they chose to do so.

However for me the choice of a feather was a symbolic one, for to me the feather is a symbol of spiritual connectivity,  bravery & peace.

So this year when I don't wear a poppy it is not out of disrespect to those who have died in past wars or those who continue to die, or indeed become victims, of  what for many comes to feel like the living death of the aftermath of war , or those who right now as I right this are living with the trauma & fear of war all around them everyday as they try to go about their life's , working feeding & trying to protect their children families & loved ones...

For believe me, if I can assure you of nothing else, believe this, I live my life, with those touched by the horrors of war everyday very much on my mind,
and everyday I pray for their safety & that  peace will come to them and all of us soon.

in defence of RUSSEL BRAND

i'm gonna keep this fairly short...

I'v noticed in the last few weeks, since Russel Brand spoke out publicly against governments & the corporate masters who pull their strings, that Russel has become the latest "victim" of the self proclaimed Political know all's in media, with comments regarding his personal income, his past personal struggles & victory over drug addiction & indeed, just general attacks on his "ability " to comment.

http://youtu.be/lLYcn3PuTTk

http://youtu.be/O_LHuII-jYQ

http://www.newstatesman.com/politics/2013/10/russell-brand-on-revolution

Firstly, Russel Brand has a RIGHT to air his views publicly about issues that concern him according to (article 10) of the Human Rights act 1998, http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1998/42/schedule/1

Additionally he has a RIGHT to, Freedom of thought, conscience and religion. according (article 9) of the same act .

& he also has a RIGHT to, Prohibition of discrimination (article 14) Prohibition of abuse of rights (article 17) & Limitation on use of restrictions on rights (article 18).

Indeed isn't it abuse of these very right , which Prime Minister  David Cameron has vowed to rip up that Russel is speaking out to protect.

Russel Brand is a man who has come through the system, indeed he is a prime example of someone who has learned from mistakes of his past.

I believe Russel Brand is not only a very kind & genuine man, but also, a very intelligent,  talented & eloquent man with a very sincere social consciousness, & what better MOD for him to serve the people who have helped him become the popular  celebrity that he is with their support, & his personal ethic, than to raise awareness of these very important issues which he now speaks out about and brings into public consciousness & debate, an action that both government & the corporate masters would , I have no doubt, prefer he was silenced in regard of.

It is to be expected that smug tight arsed mainstream journalists like Tom Chivers  The Telegraph's assistant editor, who all to often pumps the conservative line would describe the present system that is destroying the lives of not just people here in the UK but around the globe as "our imperfect but broadly OK system"

In his article following Russel's interview with Jeremy Paxton shivers ends the article with the following statement.

"Tearing our imperfect but broadly OK system up to replace it with "a socialist egalitarian system based on massive redistribution of wealth" would stick a spanner in all that. Generally speaking, revolutions are terrible ideas. If you want to make things better, Russell, vote for the least worst option, obey the law, and form a political party that campaigns for what you think needs to change. Don't rip it all up and start again, because basically, it's not that bad."

Interesting that Mr Chivers, who no doubt receives a comfortable retainer & employment package from the  Telegraph believes that a system that allows MP'S to claim heating & utility bills, mortgages & maintenance of second homes & food allowances from their parliamentary expenses which often they rent out for large fees,as his paper commendable exposed, "is broadly ok" while pensioners who have paid into that system all their life's are being hounded out of their family homes they have lived in for years because they have a spare bedroom, & scrimp on  pensions & benefits choosing between eating or heating?

 http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/tomchiversscience/100242849/russell-brand-unnecessary-revolutionary/

In conclusion, I think it is important to remember that through-out history it has been reflected, that while those who choose to peruse careers as professional politicians reap the benefits of power & glory & extra salary top ups by writing propaganda interest stories in line with  their particular parties ideology like those who fill the pages of the Telegraph, like Boris Johnston & many others who are paid to write columns in the various newspapers & political interest TV media slots, like Diane Abott labor MP & former cabinet member, despite their generous salaries & expenses subsidized by tax payers.
http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/419426/Beeb-s-24-000-hospitality-and-appearance-fees-for-ten-MPs

While it is the popular artists, whatever their particular art, be it music & song, dance, drama , literature , poetry,  film or comedy that tell the true story of political oppression & of  social culture, ecconomic welfare & other every day every which way issues that affect the public , the masses.

It is indeed good men & woman like Russel Brand & those who the public choose to raise to celebrity status because they like what they do & what they say. People who came to be celebrated because they have earned the respect & love of the masses, celebrities who often give of their time, their talent & indeed their personal wealth in order to better the lives of the ordinary people & to raise awareness of the important issue that affect them directly as a failure of the so called powerful, the elites puppets in parliament & government whos strings are pulled by their corporate allies who are interested in only what its worth & whats in it for them.

& to end on a personal not Russel , I love you, keep up the good work , via the revolution, you handsome intelligent sexy man!.

i don't wear a poppy... a poem

i don't wear a poppy 2 remember the dead
i keep them in memory inside my head.

i don't wear a poppy 2 remember the dead
children..., injured, killed by drones
as they lay in their beds

I don't wear a pop like those grown in the fields
patrolled by solider with guns... until the crop yields.

I don't wear a poppy as they reminds me
of the lifes that are ruined
by opiate toxicity .

I'm not being disrespectful to those whose lifes have been lost,
as they battled in wars... or the very high cost...
I understand the mindset as to what they believed,
that they were fighting for a good cause,
but they were deceived...

when I see a poppy...
it makes me feel sad...
for lifes that were lost
& futures never had...

Please find below a copy of a letter to the Omnibusman requesting action against the government of the United Kingdom’s of England for infringement of my human rights in regard of the  various acts of parliament recorded .
I would like to register this compliant with the European Court Of Human Rights and request that the issues be investigated under the Human Rights Act and all U.K and pertaining acts as laid out by the European Community Parliaments members under the regulations as agreed by the European high  commission and agreed according to the collective judicial institutions of the European Union, Court of Justice of the European Union, & the court of the Council of Europe

Letter to the omnibus man
Dear Sir /Madam,
I would like to register a formal complaint against the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown & Members of the Houses of Parliament   for failing to invoke the standards reflected in the Human Rights 1998
The data protection act 1998,
The mental health ac t983,
 The child protection act 1998,
The chronically sick and disabled persons act 1970,
And the NHS Care in the community act 1090,
and for failing to ensure government departments , local authority & council representatives, agencies, and employees of these  failed to comply with the legislation presented in the constitution of the Her Majesty’s Government of the united kingdoms of Britain & the commonwealth, & also as reflected in terms laid out under the European parliament as a member state of the EEC .
I shall provide government statistics and polices to support my claim/ allegations,  and personal documentation & correspondence from the last 4 years which is relevant to my complaint. & allegations of victimisation by the prime minister and his governmental representatives locally and nationally over the past 18months and also provide various other acts of law as reflected by the constitution of the welfare state of the united kingdoms of Scotland England n.Irland and Wales to support my allegations and claim against the prime minister, M.P’s & government representatives  and other relevant agencies and employees who have played a fundamental role in contravening my human rights emotionally, mentally and physically to the detriment of my mental, emotional & physical health and well being.
Since I made my intentions to bring these issues to public attention, via a email to  Mr Brown, and information shared  on my facebook page,  internet bloggs and various communications sent to various media outlets,  tv and radio personalities resulting from safety fears for my family resulting from issues surrounding these allegations and complaints,  which  have resulted it appears to have seen my treatment by aforementioned government agencies and departments of intensify to my determent.

This complaint is a computation of several complaints reflecting actions taken by various departments of the government & its local regional & national representatives against me.
I shall supported by various acts of legislations,
The European Convention on Human Rights was built into UK law under the Human Rights Act 1998. It includes the right to a fair trial, freedom of thought and expression, and respect for family and private life. All public authorities, including the courts, must comply with these rights. However, if they conflict with an Act of Parliament, the courts can make a declaration of incompatibility and Parliament must then decide what to do.

I will also be sending a copy of this to complaint to the European court of Human Right’s , Amnesty International, and members of the British and foreign press  as well as sending a copy to the president of the united states of America as I believe he should be aware of how the British government comports itself in issues concerning members of the public as I believe my compliant ,the allegations and supporting evidence provided in my case  gives prime example of how  1.4 of the british population with similar health , and welfare issues are treated by the Government departments, agencies and  representatives  of the government respond to such issues as those compiled within this complaint and allegations.
I have already made various issues included in this complaint public via the internet.
I also give my permission for any relevant documentation cited to be made available to you by the relevant departments on my behalf as I have nothing to hide in regard of medical educational or personal information and believe that the government has in fact more personal information regarding my life and birth than I have.
I have included a brief account of events that led to the circumstances involved in this complaint in the hope that it will give an accurate and balanced reflection of the circumstances leading to and involved in this complaint against Gordon Brown & members of the British Parliamentary system and its representatives locally and nationally in their failure to comply with British and European law in respect of my complaint and the treatment and victimisation I believe I have received from them.
Last year I sent the following email to The Prime Minister Gordon Brown giving details of circumstances I had been faced with since returning to education in 2006 which I believed were legal and a judge at telford and Wrekin county courts had confirmed I had a justifiable complaints and case against the local council. The email outlines the primary causes and factors which makes up  the basis of this compliant and a full copy is available however I have included only exerts I feel are relevant.

Monday 29th December 2008

DEAR MR BROWN,
The founding principles of the welfare state in Britain are widely agreed to having there beginnings with the poor law 1598.
I am stunned to think that recent experience along with study for my foundation degree in health and social welfare has taught me that despite the fact that we now in 2008 almost 2009 many people in this country , 1.4 of the population I believe according to your governments statistics appear to be receiving treatment that clearly reflects the Poor law one state system intended to relieve poverty wither it was caused by illness, old age or unemployment.
This led to the poor and disadvantaged of society being exploited and abused by those controlling industry and commerce. Those on indoor relieve were still in such states of poverty  that they were forced to turn to crime and prostitution and further acts of immorality as considered by there so called betters/ superiors within the middle class hierarchy and landed gentry. Sadly Mr Brown your government and those preceding you have not come very far in changing that although you may dress it up better these days
It wasn’t till 1848 that the public health act came about and introduced provisions to set up local boards of health and the appointment of medical officers of health. Which again I believe reflects present unitary departments and local government offices within the health and  welfare and having been service user, employee and student I can tell you without fear of contradiction your failing to provide adequate services and care for the masses and you should hang your head in shame.
In your parties 1978 manifesto  it states that “New labour is a party of ideas and ideals but not outdated ideology” however Mr Brown I think evidence would suggest contrary and not only that but that the ideology being followed is a conservative one and not socialist or Fabien or for that matter anything else I have found.
I would now like to explain my own case to you in some detail as I believe it is relevant to the action  I plan to take but before that I have included the following statement which I have already posted on the internet.
At 46 with little formal education having left school with 4 Scottish o’ level passes and a higher from many moons past. I decided to take up the government’s offer of further education and began a foundation degree in health and social welfare from Wolverhampton University that my local collage TCAT was doing.
It was a decision made resulting from finding that the area of employment I was interested in both from a personal and career prospective geared, on the higher levels towards those with a university
Or higher academic background and since the shift patterns that these jobs insisted on it was only at managerial levels that I would be able to fit the shift patterns to fit my personal circumstances as a single parent with two sons. One who alleged has learning difficulties according to education authorities. And undeniably has behavioural issues resulting from social issues I have inflicted.
Therefore I felt that the sensible thing to do was get myself the necessary qualifications to be able to get a decent job that would adequately provide for myself and my three children’s future security.
On 20th September 20006 I started my course and informed what I believed was all the relevant local and government agencies as to my change in circumstances. & Wrekin Housing trust, from whom I have rented my house for 8 years ( formally Telford and Wrekin council), the DHSS, The JOB centre, The department of work and pensions, and the NHS, I had previously been on incapacity benefit for the two years proceeding my decision resulting from alleged severe clinical depression. And local education department because my change in circumstances obviously affects my children’s entitlement to free school meals EMA grants etc.

I loved the course and found it enlightening and very interesting and realised so much about the effects of government policy on all of us however I had no idea just how all of this would affect my own life given that my soul purpose for beginning the course was to improve my long term financial security for myself and children.

Everything seemed to going fine and I was managing, I believed to be finally starting to get my finances under some kind of control.
To cut a long story short, as a result of the way my grants were paid into my account as it got close to the new payment being received there was generally a period of struggle however given that I knew when amounts would be paid when these period were coming round and I knew I would be late with payments for rent etc I contacted my local housing shop and informed them when payment would be made however this was never acceptable and despite prove being show and alleged empathy with my situation I was informed on each occasion that policy dictated I would be taken to court and was threatened with eviction on each occasion which as you may imagine added additional stress and worry, not to mention the £ 250 court costs that I had to pay each time on top of the arrears I was paying in full each time anyway.
These court cost have in the 2 years since commencing university amounted to in the region of £1670 my grants, my income is made up of student loans and grants amounting to £10244.00 and I pay full rent of £380 a month as I am not entitled to benefit assistance according to the relevant agencies who make these decisions as my circumstances don’t fit the criteria based on my income. I have when possible tried to supplement my income with part time work however this has not generally helped or worked out as I would have liked.
On the 28 July 2008 I appeared at court and read the following statement to the judge.
I have been advised by everyone I know to keep my mouth shut and let someone else speak for me today as a result of the language I use a I could be deemed in contempt of court and sentenced to 28 days in prison.
However my mother taught me to stand up for myself and what I believe is right.
I would like to ask the court to refer my case to the high court and counter claim against Telford & Wrekin Council and the beaurocrosay it represents as in accordance with THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998 and as affective from 2000 which is intended to protect individuals from abuse by any public body including local authorities, police, and government departments.
I cite;
The data protection act 1998
The mental health act 1983
The child protection act 1998
The chronically sick and disabled persons act 1970
And the NHS7 Care in the community act 1090
And I shall provide government statistics and polices to support my claim/ allegations, which I have with me today.

I was informed by the judge that I had a valid case and right to have it heard. He advised me to seek legal representation and advise to file this case independently thought the courts, as he had to deal with the present case as presented at the time. He also advised me that I was entitled to legal aid as a student and as at the time between courses I was in fact registered as unemployed and had not decided as to whither or not take up the third year option on my course to up grade to a BA honours degree in social care and social policy as a result of the problems my last to years have caused financially.
Since then I have contacted several lawyers, councillors, the CAB and the law society to try and find representation however as soon as I explain what I want help with and why I am told they don’t deal with these types of cases the law society has yet to acknowledge my email.
I have even tried contacting the press to no avail.
I have now received on the 7th October 2008 notification from Telford and Wrekin council that I am in arrears again, despite the fact that I have for the period they are claiming been in receipt of housing benefit.
As I have an outstanding balance of £141.42 AND will again be liable to pay court costs of £230.
I have also contacted several press and media sources in hope of some advise before trying to file my counter claim myself however no one ones to know.
With this in mind I shall now post this on the internet and wherever else I feel someone who may be able to advise me as to what someone has to do to receive justice in the U.K.

I will now try to explain as briefly as possible what has brought me to this  point since 1997 when I came to England to live and could be suggested are at the root of my present position and reasons for my complaint against you government departments and other relevant bodies acting on there behalf.

In 1998 after the break up of my marriage resulting from adultery and a 11 week stay on a mental health ward with depression and the death of my mother in November 1997 I moved to Wolverhampton to make a fresh start for myself and three children .
I stayed for 12 month in Wolverhampton during which time I worked part time in a nursing home and then as a full-time residential support worker for children within the care sector with behavioural, sexual, emotional and mental health problems. However working within this sector was particularly problematic as it called for 24/48 hour shifts with sleep-in duties and with three children under 16 childcare was particularly difficult to find and I did not fit criteria for financial assistance that made it possible for me to continue with the job as my children were also coping with the affects of the marriage break up , death of there gran and move from Scotland and there familiar surroundings for which I accept full responsibility . Derails of my situation were highlighted in an article titled flexible friends, in Nursery world 19 august 1999, which explained how the new tax laws affected people in my situation and related my story.

In late 1999 I moved to Telford to a privately rented accommodation and 12 moths later became a Telford and Wrekin housing trust tenant at my present address.
From then till 2006 although I had had several issues with payment and arrears resulting from various changes in circumstances I have always made every effort to maintain my rent and bills and keep to agreements made for payments but as a result of these various changes involving employment , changes and relationship changes resulting from a 18 moth relationship and the local housing office were always aware of what my personal and financial circumstances were.
After the break up of my relationship in 2002  I again suffered from depression, the relationship had been problematic as my partner was a violent and abusive alcoholic and of course this affected my children also and again I accept responsibility for this. However after much reflection and self analysis not to mention therapy and counselling I felt able and in a position to return to work however I felt that as my career path and goals required more qualifications I decided to go to university and obtain the qualifications that would put me in a better position to provide the future security I wished for my children and the ability to but my home which I discussed with my local housing officer Jill Nicolas .
I also feel that it is relevant that my home is a terraced house and the only one on my block that remains a trust property and I estimate the present value to be around £120,000. I think this is relevant in as much as I live in and area with high multiple deprivation scores. Hadley /Leegomery scores 34.6 with a ranking of 1524 out of 8414 on the national IMD. There are 1553 people on low incomes ranking 12 in Telford and Wrekin and at 27.2% ranks higher than nationally which is 25%.
Employment deprivation is 11..4% with a national ranking of 2700 and national percentile banding of 35%. Health and disability deprivation scores are 0.78 with rank 12 in Telford and Wrekin and 20% national percentile band.
However despite  these facts Hadley is regarded as a growing area as was boasted by the principle of the 70 million pound super school Hadley learning community, Dr Etov, who at a recent parish council meeting announced that they had been approached by Telford and Wrekin council to further expand the primary school despite the fact that my son informs my the school which as only been open 2 years is not in fact functioning too it full capacity and that the top floors are not used. The area is also seeing the development of several housing estates built for Telford and Wrekin council by private developers and rented out or sold through Telford and Wrekin housing trust. Formally Telford and Wrekin council although now apparently according to the information I have been told nothing to do with the council not connected to and an independent body from the council with no internal link which I suggest /accuse is a outright lie and misrepresentation of the facts and I believe I have documentation which supports this.
Added to these facts during  the period from june till now I have had my son removed from my home under the social services provision of children in need, although my documentation and treatment would subject gross misconduct on the part of the social services department..
I have also missed the entire first semester of my final year at university as a result of the stresses caused by these issues and more administrive problems related to the case.
Anyway Mr. Brown, since till now all my attempts at finding answers to my dilemma, and justice for the issues I have been faced with  not only seem to delude me but no one seems to take my questions seriously or my intention to see this case in front of a judge and jury and at least hopefully find the answers to why I, and others like me, according to government statistic my issues label me under various health and welfare provisions as a typical example of 1.4 of the population of this country.
With this in mind Mr. Brown I would be grateful if you as leader of the government that I believe has put me in my present  position and has affected my health emotionally, physically and socially for most of my life and defiantly the last 10 years , do you, Mr Brown, think my human rights have been abused, do you believe I have been treated fairly, do you think I have a valid case against your local and national representative in government offices for there abuse of office and failure to comply with the various procedures and policies previously mentioned with regard to my right as a national citizen of the united kingdom. And what would you recommend I do in order to receive justice for any abuse I have been subjected to?

After sending this letter to Mr Brown’s  I contacted several media outlets as I received no acknowledgment from Mr Browns office from himself or any of his minions in downing street which I would have considered the correct protocol for a government department however I did find that various departments seemed to intensify their treatment towards me which had serious implications on my mental health. M y youngest son had returned from his sisters but after another period of unrest & confrontational aggressive interactions between us he decided to return to his sisters in Scotland. On the day in question my emotional state was high and after brief conversation in regard to this my daughter felt it necessary to call in health professionals for a mental health assessment for me. As a follow on to this I found my self with a broken elbow at the hands of a law enforcement agent and being held 19hours with out seeing a solicitor or having a statement taken by the police on charges which were subsequently dropped. A complaint regarding this was lodged with the police complaints commission and documentation is available In via my lawyer Sarah Hope in regard to this compliant which is still ongoing. I would like details of this to be noted and included on this complaint as one of the agencies failing to comply with legislation regarding my rights as west Marcia police offers failed to pay due regard to my requests throughout the circumstances regarding my case and continued to put obstacles in my way when making inquiries regarding case and behaved in an unprofessional and biased manner in my opinion which further conteviened my rights under human rights act, mental health act and care in community act and further affected my mental emotional and physical well being to date. Documentation and statements available in full.

On the 28th may 2009 I then reattempted to contact the prime minister as I felt that 6mths was a reasonable period to have waited for a response to my original concerns and to further inform him of the events and deterioration of my case and issues since added to which I was now beginning to feel paranoid regarding the situation and was beginning to fear that some form of victimisation from his offices may be responsible as a result of my previous email and intentions outlined therein. Having an interest in history and social sciences it was not beyond my reasonable comprehension of  politics to believe   I was being secured and also that the possibility that r brown and others were directly involved in attempting to restrict my actions and rights to make others aware of my case and that I was being treated unfairly and unjustly and that my past and present mental health issues would be used against me.
I have attatched a file with this  complaint containing documents relevant to the  charges made against me and subsequents circumstances & evidence provided by me in thegard to the complaint regarding the assault on me by members of the west Marcia police department.

I then sent Gordon Brown the following email ;
28th may 2009
Mr Brown,
Further to my last communication by e-mail to you in November 2008, as a result of your failure to respond or have someone in your regime respond , my problems of which I wrote have escalated , and , I have now also broken several laws resulting from the various stresses and problems previously explained . I have spent Tax credits paid into my bank account and child benefit along with housing benefit without resolving the previous problems I had.
I have also encored further debts including some listed below in attempt to deliver a letter to your address by hand and a picture I painted to Chris Moyle’s at BBC Radio 1, to commemorate the Kilimanjaro climb which raised millions of pounds for the comic relief charity that helps people of this country and others living in poverty.

I was unfortunately unable to deliver either item as I got lost several times trying to find my way round London, which can be verified by several people including a police officer who I asked for help with directions.
I have as a result of this Mr Brown, received a fine for the congestion charge on top of the other unexpected expenses incurred on the trip.
I believe that legally now I am in serious trouble and frankly I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

I have since writing to you in November felt very close to suicide and had several family problems arise from this on top of which my arm was broken by a police officer when my daughter concerned for my health and safety made a call to try to get me some kind of help. This is now under investigation as I have made a complaint and shall today be consulting my solicitor.
So Mr Brown again I would like to ask you what you suggest I do.

I shall be posting this on the internet and insuring it is also received by various public figure who I believe I can trust as frankly Mr Brown I am now feeling Paranoid and having lost faith in the government of this country as a result of not only my own experience to date as explained and the given scandals reported in the media regarding the M.P's obvious dishonest behaviour ethics and morals and my believe that there is corruption within the hierarchy , I do not believe I will be judged fairly and also given how public I have tried to be with this obviously the lack of response not only increases the feeling of paranoia , but I fear now for my own and children’s safety.. I feel I am under surveillance and that my mental health will be used as a tool against me.
So therefore Mr Brown, once again I ask you, as the leader of government of and the labour part, and head of government of a democratic society of which I am a citizen since birth what do you suggest I do, or am I crazy?.

Signed

. The following notes give a brief out line to the legislative points I have mentioned above in my correspondence to the prime minister in accordance with acts of parliament & law and also directives indicated in the governments manifesto 1997 and various policies and procedures as indicated by the health and welfare social care  standards directive.
1 in 4 people in the UK are affected by mental distress every year . I am one of these people.
People suffering from mental distress are often vulnerable and therefore trust is important. I believe in the Theory of reasoned action Azien and Fisher (1990) which reflects external variables influence beliefs which influence attitudes which influence intention which influences behaviour &  Health promotion .

In line with government policy and human rights all sections of the care sector must consider ethical issues such as confidentiality, dignity , equality, respect, empowerment, choice, value and diversity and empathy in relation to legislation, when determining policy and procedures .
 Professional conduct
Whether or not “professional” is deemed by qualifications, or a service provided for payment, or as a vocational calling, points to consider relating to personal conduct include ;  following ethics and procedures of  service provider, personal conduct towards colleagues, service users , ability to put others first, meeting individual needs , whistle blowing and being objective.
Anti-discriminatory conduct covers areas relating to; age, gender, sexuality, disability, race/ethnicicity, culture/religion and concerns adhering to human rights
The founding principles of the welfare state in Britain are widely agreed to have the beginnings with the poor law of 1598. . Poor law was the one state system intended to ‘relieve’ poverty whither it was caused by illness, old age or unemployment. The poor law I com in to this ctarogory and also the undeserving poor… like unmarried mothers and those deemed immoral and unworthy  who were obliged to earn there ‘relief’ I also fall into this catogry as a  divorced, who had 2 of them out of wedlock making them what I belive is the label generally devined as basrards in the care of single  parent . fortunately for me its not 1598. cite ;The Open University (1987) Social policy, and social welfare (D211) Course Materials, Open University press.5 page handout on social policy, circulated October 2006 for module on “The policy context”.
Sir William Beveridge (1879-1963)led to the development of the National Health Service and national social security benefit system.
The beveridge report of 1942 tackled five areas often referred to as the ‘five giant evils’ of the British society Want
1, (poverty),
2. Disease(ill-health)
3. ignorance(lack of education)
4. ,squalor(poor housing)
 5. and Idleness(unemployment)

n 1946 the National Health Service act was established and the NHS came into being in 1948.
The three main principles of the NHS were.
1. That the service would be free at the point of delivery.
2. Comprehensive in the term of covering all people in all areas
3. Access to the service would be on the basis of ‘real’-that is clinical-need, rather then the ability to pay, chance or other social criteria
cite Walsh, Stephens and Moore (2000 p47)
This applies  to me. When my  history of depression which NHS service are aware of from my medical history and assement of  and which government departments from my local council to the department of works and pensions are aware of and have access to my records via data protection and freedom of information acts where government departments & local authorities share information for means tested benefits grants and loans for welfare payments and educational funding.. Further evidence of this is available through the education department as I had health issues relating to personal circumstances during my foundation degree exams for which I had to appeal for mitigating circumstances to re-sit missed exams . This can be supported by contacting the local education athourty and Wolverhampton university tcat campus who delt with my appeal. I also believe my tutor would stewart  tailor would be able to verify these facts.

 (“Jones(1994:204) argues that legislation such as the education reform act of 1988,the children’s act 1989 and the national health and community care act 1990 during the Margaret thatcher administration  the approach in relation to social warfare amounted to;
·         Limiting financial expenditure on state health welfare and education provision
·         Breaking up large public welfare agencies
·         Increasing the scope of the private sector
·         Bringing in business management and ideas to influence the running of health and welfare services
May I suggest it sounds familiar,  this sounds similar tho Mr. Cameron now in, 2010. Tony Blair inherited a radically restructured range of services.
Claiming commitment to maintaining ‘high and stable’ levels of employment and heralding a return to the vision of  Beveridge. Lowe, R.(1999) The welfare state in Britain since 1945.2nd ed., London: Macmillan Press ltd.
Significant changes to aspects such as employment patterns, living standards, gender relationships, family structure and cultural diversity have meant development in pursuit of achieving ‘the Beveridge vision’ involves instigating modern policies as opposed to those of the past.

Since my first letter to Gordon Brown, I subsequently gave up my final year of university as a result of beaurocratic administrative and various obstacles I found myself facing every time I contacted the university coupled with  the ongoing stress and pain resulting from the injury to my elbow from the police assault and failure of the hospital to correctly diagnose the injury for 6weeks.
I then found myself with not only the previous accumulated debts mentioned and loans for my degree but had added financial strain resulting from administrive delays on assessments for state benefits forcing me to have further crisis loans and several trips to DWP offices while my benefits were calculated and assessed. During this period I was barred from my local dwp office as I informed them they were incompetent, I was accused of being aggressive and risk to staff despite never threatening property or staff and on several occasions when in a position of desperate need to contact the dwp in Birmingham and to make contact with the benefits agency was escorted from the premises having made no threats or even raised my voice and merly having asked to have sick notes faxed to other departments or to use the free phone available for people like me. I have been refused appointments at this office and been made to wait 45 minutes in another office for an interview while a member of staff from my local office came late to the office I was instructed to attend. It is my contention that these actions by dwp staff are not only and infringement of my rights, but also that they a direct result of misuse of tax payers money as all these action , police escorts, and staff transference to different office is paid for by tax payers money and were completely unnecessary in the circumstances presented. Further more I believe that these accusations made by staff of the local dwp are a direct defamation of my character., and I believe I can provide several affidavits to support my character, my work ethic,  communication & interaction skills.

I have also in the time which has elapsed since contacting Gordon Brown received threats from utility companies threatening to cut of water, electric and gas despite seeking information and assistance in dealing with these issues from council, and voluntary organisations funded by government department and again been treated with attitudes which I believe are in opposition to my rights as reflected in legislation, and I have received threats from bailiffs regarding council tax arrears and non payment of tv licence in both cases my property has been entered and despite explanations regarding the council tax non payment being linked to my original compliant to the court that I was exempt from this as a full time student and as a reflection of the inability to resolve the original complaint made to the judge previously mentioned from june 2008 or find legal representation for this issue , on which I have also contacted 3 local council representatives from the labour, conservative and liberal parties but received no assistance or advice, and ongoing harassment from telford and Wrekin council.
I have received a fine for non payment of tv licence which I believe is an illegal government taxation as the terms originally set out for the premise of tv licence payment s no longer applies . tv licensing was originally a levy set out to ensure bbc programmes where not financed by commercial revenues, however as product placement , and promotional interviews and programmes allow sublime advertising of products, over and above the global sales of bbc programmes and international access being available to bbc channels  of tv and radio programmes via the internet I believe the British public is being unfairly discriminated against by the british government by being forced to pay this charge to watch these programmes as uk citizens while globally these charges do not apply. Furthermore MP’s are able to claim these costs via expenses claims rendering them exempt from such charges at a cost to the British public & tax players.
Yours sincerely.
