btw please excuse spelling or grammer errors i dont always pick up on them when reading over stuff ist or sometimes even second time , not not sure why...

364. British Telecom currently has a Universal Service Obligation which requires it to provide a telephone line to households across the UK. What plans have the Scottish Government prepared to continue this, if any?
384. What work has been carried out to assess the attractiveness of a separate Scotland to Internet Service Providers?
386. What work has been carried out to assess the impact of separation on investment in satellite broadband technologies?
387. What work has been carried out to assess the impact of separation on current UK internet domain name registration processes?

development of communications networks in scotland has been ongoing for several decades and i suggest it would not be in the best interest of BT stock or shareholders to jeopardize investment already made and loose valuable communications opportunities  & investments already reflecting good economic sense particularly in a sector where there is a lot of competition and opportunity for overseas investors in the communications and technologies field to expand. Irrespective of what personal opinions ppl may have of present scottish government i have no doubt that the have assessed and considered these issues and prepared or considered alternative options to any problematic areas that the uk government may try to use in this area. its also prevalent to remember bt was floated on the open market some years ago and shareholders investments have to be considered and protected,  the present scottish government isn't stupid
