The following photographs reflect documents from a n IPPC complaint , my second , against west mercia police which was a result of an incident in a park when my life was threated , and i was followd by two men who threatened to kill me and my dog following a dog fight when thier dog attacked mine.
the police refused to charge the men , who threatened me and followed me, and refused to take my statement for a lengthy period after the incident. the incident happened during the peirod when i was till perusing the compliant against police for breaking my arm in my home on a concern for welfare call.le.
more documents on my appeal which failed will follow but the judge at the tribunal of the 1st complaint acknowledged receipt of the 2end appeal being received . again no officers were disciplined faced legal action and my appeal to the ipcc was quashed.
